Crispin is an educator, writer, editor, professional emcee and a performance poet. In 2013, he graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Minor in Drama and Performance, and has recently graduated with a Masters in Arts in English Literature from Nanyang Technological University, specializing in Modern American Literature. As a poet, he has published in collections such as Kepulaun (2014) and From Walden to Woodlands (forthcoming 2015). As an academic, Crispin has presented at numerous conferences on a wide variety of subjects regarding arts and culture. He currently serves as editor-in-chief for The Eloquent Orifice, an online literary e-magazine featuring local and international fiction and critical essays.
As a professional emcee, Crispin has hosted numerous dignitaries from presidents to ministers, royalty to academia. As a trainer, he has taught hundreds about the use of the English language, the appreciation of the arts and critical thinking. As an educator, he hopes to inspire students to learning beyond the standard curriculum, and participate in a dialogue with their surroundings. Crispin is a registered teacher with the Ministry of Education and holds the appointment as Vice-Principal (Academic affairs) of the Public Speaking Academy.

Carmen is currently a final year student at the Singapore Management University (SMU) pursuing a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences with a major in Psychology and Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource. In 2014, she achieved the Dean’s list Award for academic excellence.
Carmen has extensive knowledge and experience in the public speaking domain. She has conducted coaching sessions for Meridian Junior College students as well as held basic hosting sessions for university students. Her list of achievements include placing 1st in both the 2011 and 2012 Tampines Inter-school Oratorical Competitions and 2nd and 3rd runner-up for the Plain English Speaking Awards (PESA) in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Following the competition, she was invited to judge and host the competition rounds and awards ceremonies.
Carmen has over 6 years of hosting experience that include both informal and formal events. She is a certified host, having completed the basic and advanced hosting conducted by FLY Academy, FLY Entertainment. She has hosted national events that include the Citizenship Ceremonies, organized by the National Integration Council as well as the CITI-YMCA Youth For Causes Awards Celebration.
Carmen is a registered teacher with the Ministry of Education and holds the appointment of Head-of-Department (Emceeing) at the Public Speaking Academy. She also specialises in teaching young children, teenagers and youths; inspiring them to be better speakers, writers and thinkers.
Chris is a training specialist at the Public Speaking Academy. Having accumulated years of emceeing experiences in hosting major school, social and corporate events, Chris possesses the aptitude and experience to impart key emceeing skills to students and adults alike. Chris has also taken part in numerous public speaking competitions and events at the National level such as the Singapore Model Parliament 2013 – 2014. Since 2014, Chris was appointed to sit on the adjudication panel as an adjudicator for the National Public Speaking Competition 2014 and 2015; a competition that sees over 150 contestants from schools in Singapore annually. With his public speaking accolades and achievements, Chris has been invited on radio Oli 96.8 to co-host as an RJ for a career talk program for youths in Singapore. He is now a registered teacher with the Ministry of Education to teach at the Public Speaking Academy.

Ser Kai is currently a first year student at the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Law, pursuing a Bachelor degree of Laws. The National University of Singapore, Faculty of Law is a prestigious faculty (ranked Asia’s No. 1 Law school) admits students who excel academically and exhibit outstanding leadership qualities and talents.
Ser Kai has accumulated a wealth of public speaking and debating experiences and achievements since his secondary school days at Ngee Ann Secondary School and subsequently at Meridian Junior College. For instance, he represented his school, Meridian Junior College, in the national debating competition for junior colleges and served as an active mentor to his juniors to prepare them well for their competitions.
Ser Kai possesses both the passion and skills for effective teaching in a classroom to students from the primary category to youths in the tertiary education categories. He enjoys inspiring and motivating youths to take charge of their effective communication endeavours; guiding them to achieve success with his unique teaching methodologies and experiences.
